Sport in Mind is a mental health sports charity that delivers free, weekly physical activity sessions for anyone 17+ who is experiencing mental health issues, including stress, social isolation and low mood. The sessions are there to aid recovery, promote mental wellbeing, improve physical health, and empower people to move their lives forward in a positive direction. The sessions are lots of fun, for all abilities and drop-in sessions, so there is no need to book and no referral is required. The sessions are all delivered by a qualified instructors and all equipment will be provided. Carers, friends and family are more than welcome to accompany participants to the first couple of sessions – the more the merrier!
