School of Hard Knocks

School of Hard Knocks is a social inclusion charity. We use high impact sport alongside a curriculum of valuable life skills and 1:1 mentoring to help individuals recognise and reach their potential. We offer individualise support for each participant, whether this is going into employment or volunteering, improving their confidence, or working on their physical and mental wellbeing.
